Kids Program

TDA Kids Program self defense & martial arts provides a safe and fun environment for your child to learn the foundations of physical conditioning self-defense, develop strength, speed, and endurance and, of course, burn through their endless energy. All activities are age-appropriate, and class sizes are always small. We approach each child individually to build up their confidence and skills. Every session makes our little warriors get healthier, stronger, and excited for more!
